Adding multiple network interfaces to an instance

To add multiple network interfaces (Multi-vNIC) to an instance, follow these steps.

  1. Shutdown the instance.
  2. On the instance's Profile page under Networking, click Add vNIC, and select the options for the vNIC you wish to add.
  3. If it is a CentOS instance, go here for additional instructions. If it is an Ubuntu instance, go here for additional instructions.

Note: Up to 64 vNICs (vNIC 0 - vNIC 63) can be added to a single instance.
